Terms and Conditions of Use

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Eonnum website, marketing materials, demo requests, and related pre-contract services (collectively, the "Site") operated by Eonnum ("we," "us," or "our"). Eonnum provides software and services for deposit attribution, affiliate commission reconciliation, fraud signals, and operator and network analytics.

By accessing the Site or submitting a form (including "Talk to an expert" or demo requests), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility and accounts

The Site is intended for business users such as iGaming operators, affiliate networks, and agencies. You represent that you have authority to bind the organization on whose behalf you contact us. Production use of Eonnum products is governed by separate commercial agreements, order forms, and data processing terms—not by this marketing Site alone.

Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in violation of applicable law or third-party rights;
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems except as authorized in writing;
• Scrape, harvest, or automate access to the Site in a manner that impairs performance or security;
• Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information through our forms.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time for maintenance, security, or abuse prevention.

Demo and sales inquiries

Requests submitted through the Site do not create a binding contract for software or professional services. We may contact you using the details you provide. Pricing, service levels, integrations, and data handling for paid products will be set out in applicable order documents.

Intellectual property

The Site, including text, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, is owned by Eonnum or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to view the Site for internal business evaluation. No other rights are granted by these Terms.

Third-party services and integrations

The Site may reference third-party platforms (for example, affiliate trackers, payment providers, or analytics tools). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, terms, or data practices.

Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MARKETING CONTENT ON THE SITE IS FOR GENERAL INFORMATION ONLY AND IS NOT A GUARANTEE OF SPECIFIC BUSINESS OUTCOMES, RECOVERY AMOUNTS, OR DETECTION RATES.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EONNUM AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), EXCEPT WHERE SUCH LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Eonnum against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your executed commercial agreement with Eonnum, or, if none applies to Site use alone, the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes relating to the Site, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
